– James Hoyne, DO
Dr. James Hoyne grew up in Margate, Florida, and attended University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at SFUHS in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Though Dr. Hoyne grew up and attended school in Florida, he came to Roseburg straight out of residency, and he’s called Douglas County home for more than two decades. Dr. Hoyne has a passion for service others, and helping his patients. Dr. Hoyne spends his free time reading and exercising.

– Cristina Capannolo, DO
Dr. Cristina Capannolo was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada but has called Roseburg home since 2011. Dr. Capannolo has a passion for helping people and enjoys solving problems, and believes medicine is the perfect combination of both these interests. Dr. Capannolo feels that it is an honor to serve her patients, and works to establish an open, honest and long-lasting relationship with each of her patients. In her free time, Dr. Capannolo enjoys cooking, traveling, crafting, and enjoying Oregon’s beautiful summers.

– Raven Weeks, FNP-C
Raven Weeks, MSN, FNP-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University School of Nursing in Boise, Idaho and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Weeks completed her clinical rotations in Boise and Burley, Idaho in the areas of Hospitalist, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Women’s Health. Raven Weeks brings considerable experience in healthcare with a specialization in primary care for patients of all ages. In her free time, Weeks enjoys horseback riding, weightlifting, and gardening.

– James Cook, FNP-C
James Cook, MSN FNP-C earned both his Bachelor and Masters of Science from Oregon Health and Science University in La Grande, Oregon. Cook completed his Emergency Management clinical hours at Blue Mountain Hospital in John Day, Oregon and his Practicum in Rural Primary Care Management at the Harney District Hospital in Burns, Oregon. James Cook brings considerable experience with specialization in urgent care, family and emergency medicine. James Cook joined the US Navy in 1998 and was stationed on NASNI, Coronado Island, CA. He was also stationed on the USS John C. Stennis where he was a mechanic on C-2 Greyhounds. James spent the first part of his nursing career at St. Lukes’ Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in Boise, Idaho. He continued working in multiple nursing disciplines with a strong emphasis on emergency medicine at Blue Mountain Hospital, while pursuing his master’s degree at OHSU becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. James and his wife Breanna have two children. They love to fish, camp, hike and spend time with their family.

– Julie Leister, PMHNP
Julie Leister is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified by the ANCC with a 30-year career in nursing. Julie’s background includes critical care, emergency department, and mental health in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. Julie see clients across the life span from school aged children to older adults.

– Hanna Culbertson, LCSW
Hanna Culbertson, LCSW was born and raised in the Douglas County area and since 2011 has worked in the mental health field in various settings in the area such as schools, outpatient mental health clinics and agencies. Hanna received her Masters in Social Work from Portland State University in 2019 and has been a practicing mental health counselor since that time. Hanna believes in the inherent dignity and worth of every person, that every person has the potential to grow and heal from the things that are challenging them and that having a safe, compassionate and non judgmental therapeutic space to help find the tools that are within them to solve their own problems can be crucial. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time and laughs with family and friends, reading fantasy books, walking her dog and enjoying the outdoors, especially in the fall and spring.

– Richard Frank
FNP
Rick is originally from the Midwest: he grew up in Orion, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago for both his undergraduate and his Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Rick began his career in healthcare working as a registered nurse in Haiti, but eventually went back to school so he could do more. In addition to his work in Haiti, Rick has also worked in Illinois and Texas, but has called Oregon home for more than two decades. Rick enjoys fishing and hiking, and plays a variety of instruments, including the guitar, mandolin, harmonica and banjo.

– Aimee Clark
CADCII
Aimee Clark, CADCII was born and raised in Douglas County and earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Oregon University. She has worked in the counseling and behavioral health field since 2012, serving individuals and families in Douglas, Lane, and Curry Counties. Aimee is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADCII), is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) by the end of 2025. She values creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her family, and appreciating a good cup of coffee.
